Our process
Our heart knows things that our mind can’t explain.
We kennen onszelf inmiddels: zodra de vraag duidelijk is, gaan alle radartjes draaien. Zowel in onze linker- als rechterhersenhelft. Omdat we netwerkstijl werken, en dus ons vaste team aanvullen met een schil van specialisten, kunnen we ervoor zorgen dat de juiste rationele en meer emotionele inzichten gecombineerd worden tot future-proof concepten.
Elke vraag is anders en vraagt dus om een ‘tailormade’ aanpak. Tegelijkertijd weten we uit ervaring dat, hoe verschillend de vraagstukken ook zijn, de meeste trajecten bestaan uit drie fases: de now, de new en de next fase. Dat is dus ook waar onze naam vandaan komt: Now New Next.
Door de juiste focus te leggen op bepaalde bouwstenen uit elke fase en in alle fases op de juiste manier aandacht te besteden aan duurzaamheid, zijn we maximaal in staat om betekenisvolle food, near food en non-food merken te bouwen die onze wereld vooruit helpen.
NOW
The ‘now phase’ of the process is where we meet, get to know each other and map-out and research the question.
New
During the New phase we work on the (re)positioning in an iterative process, followed by its translation into a visual brand identity and/or packaging design.
Next
In the final phase, the Next phase, we can advise on the packaging’s materialisation and provide support in the sourcing and implementation process.

In an informal meeting, we discuss your requirements, wishes and challenges. This establishes a firm basis for discovering how we can help and leads to the best course of action.
DEBRIEF
Na de kennismaking maken we een plan van aanpak inclusief ‘deliverables’ en een offerte. Als het een duurzaamheidsvraagstuk betreft, brengen we de doelstellingen in een vroeg stadium in kaart, zodat deze effectief meegenomen kunnen worden in het proces. Echter, omdat het gaat om creativiteit, is het praktisch onmogelijk om van tevoren alles precies vast te leggen. Wederzijds vertrouwen vinden we daarom heel belangrijk.
Research phase:
The research phase is a significant part. This is when we investigate the market and target group in the broadest possible sense of the word. These findings are clearly set out and will form the starting point for the positioning strategy.
POSITIONING
Who are you as a brand? How do you place yourself in the market? Based on various models and templates we determine the brand’s positioning or sharpen its existing positioning.
concept
The concept and arises from the positioning, including both the rational and the emotional potential, as well as the various ‘reasons to believe’. If required, we can also come up with a product or brand name.
design
Once the draft is approved we start the translation towards a visual brand identity and/or a packaging design, marking a distinction between 2D and 3D design
Implementation:
Once all elements have been thoroughly considered and detailed, we finalise the design to make it print ready. We draw up working plans and add the product information and, if required, we can record the ‘visual assets’ in a brand book.
Sustainability & Sourcing:
We can help with making informed and realistic choices in the field of sustainable packaging, as well as assist you in sourcing the best possible supplier for your packaging.
