Multivlaai, a well-loved brand with a rich history in flans, was facing a major challenge. The brand experience, products and store experience no longer matched the current zeitgeist, making renewal necessary. Multivlaai asked Now New Next to create a fresh, contemporary brand image that both appealed to familiar customers and attracted a new audience. A crucial aspect of this transformation was making the formula Gen Next proof, focusing on the needs of the future generation. We also switched from the Everyman archetype to Creator, with an emphasis on creativity and innovation in the product offering and store experience. This innovation needed to be implemented throughout the whole formula. <\/p>\n
